These terms explain how you can use LiveHomly. By using the site or app, you agree to them. Please read them before you use LiveHomly.

1. Who We Are

LiveHomly is a service run by Here Directive. When we say "we," "us," or "LiveHomly," we mean Here Directive. When we say "you," we mean anyone using the site or app, whether you're a buyer or an agent.

2. What LiveHomly does

LiveHomly is a service that helps you clarify what you are looking for in a home before your search begins. We are a decision engine that helps evaluate your preferences and connects you to the right property, agent, or developer. To do this, we ask you certain questions that relate to your budget, timing, financing, and preferences.

LiveHomly is not a real estate broker or agent. We do not negotiate deals, and we are not involved in any transaction between you and an agent or seller. We connect you with agents; what happens after that is between you and them.

3. Who can use LiveHomly

You need to be at least 18 years old to use LiveHomly. By using the site, you're confirming that you are.

4. As a buyer

Using LiveHomly as a buyer is free. You will be asked to answer some questions (we call this the Key Score) about what you are looking for in a home. This helps us understand whether you are ready to be matched with an agent, and which agents are the right choice for you.

Some answers may mean we cannot match you with an agent yet. This could be due to either not having the required inventory to match you with, or what is available is not what you are looking for. You can update your answers and try again anytime.

The information you give us is only as useful as it is accurate. Clear answers provide better matches; it is how we make sure you are matched correctly.

5. As an agent

Agents are free to browse LiveHomly. To become a listing agent, you must subscribe to use our listing service. This gives you access to buyers who have been matched to you based on their answers.

Your subscription renews each month automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel anytime; you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

We may suspend or end your account if your payment fails, if you misuse the platform, or if you break these terms.

6. How matching works

If you're a buyer, we may show you up to 5 agents, each with up to 5 of their listings, based on your answers. We don't guarantee that any agent will respond, that a listing is still available, or that a deal will happen. We also don't check every agent's license or background beyond what's required to use LiveHomly; use your own judgment before working with anyone.

7. Website Use

As users of this website, we request that you do not:

• Give us false information while answering the Key Score questions for the matching process

• Scrape, copy, or reuse content from LiveHomly without asking

• Use contact details you get through a match for anything other than that match

• Try to interfere with how the site or app works

We can suspend or close your account if you do any of these things.

8. Who owns what

LiveHomly, the Key Score process, and everything we've built to run it belong to us. You can use it as intended, but you cannot copy, resell, or build something similar using it without our permission.

Anything you submit to us, like your Key Score answers or agent listings, stays yours, but you are permitting us to use it to run the service (for example, showing your listings to a matched buyer). We may anonymously collect this data to provide better services and offers to you and other users of this website. This may include selling, renting, or leasing out anonymous data points to third-party vendors.

9. Other services we use

LiveHomly relies on a few outside services to work; for example, we use Stripe to handle agent payments, and email tools to send you notifications. We're not responsible for how those services work, but we choose ones we trust. More detail on what data goes where is in our Privacy Policy.

10. No guarantees

We try to keep LiveHomly running well and the information on it accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be perfect or available. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on a match, an agent's listing, or anything else on the platform. Use your own judgment for all decisions taken when you use any data from this website.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using LiveHomly anytime. If you are an agent, cancelling your subscription stops future billing but doesn't refund what has already been paid.

We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, do not pay (for agents), or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.

12. Governing law

For any disputes, all cases will be handled by the courts in Dubai, UAE, and will be subject to local laws and regulations.

13. Changes to these terms

We might update these terms at any point of time. If we make a significant change, we will let you know via email. Continuing to use LiveHomly after a change means you accept the new terms.
