This explains what information LiveHomly collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies whether you are a buyer or an agent.
1. Who we are
LiveHomly is run by Here Directive. When we say "we" or "us," we mean Here Directive.
2. What this policy covers
This covers anyone who uses LiveHomly: buyers, agents, and visitors to the site.
3. Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email, and phone number. If you sign up with Google, we get basic profile info from that.
Key Score answers. If you're a buyer, the questions you answer about your budget, timing, financing, trade-offs, and area preferences. This is how we understand what you're looking for and match you with agents.
Saved listings and status. Which listings you save, and if you mark a saved listing as sold or no longer available.
Agent listings. If you are an agent, the property details, photos, price, and licensing information you submit, along with the status you set on your own listings (for example, marking one as sold).
Messages you send us. If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your name, email, and message.
Payment information. If you are an agent paying for a subscription, your payment is handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details ourselves.
Site usage. General information about how you use the site, pages visited, and the time spent on the site. This helps us understand what is working and what is not.
4. How we use this information
We use your information to:
Run the Key Score process and match buyers with agents
Show you relevant listings
Reply to messages and send you updates about your account or matches
Understand how you use LiveHomly, so we can improve it
Look at patterns across many users (anonymized and combined, not tied to you individually) to understand things like market trends. We may share this kind of combined, non-identifying information with other companies, for example, real estate market data partners.
5. Who we share information with
Matched agents. If you are a buyer, agents you are matched with see your Key Score summary and contact details.
Service providers. Companies that help us run LiveHomly: Supabase (hosts our database), Stripe (agent payments), Resend and Zoho (email delivery), and PostHog (site analytics). They only get what they need to help us operate the website on a day-to-day basis.
Legal reasons. If we are required to by law or government agencies.
We do not sell personally identifiable information like your name, email, or phone number.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use basic cookies to keep the site working properly, and an analytics tool to see how people use the site (which pages get visited, how long people stay). We do not track any data you may enter on forms or in communication to agents.
7. How long we keep information
For generating Key Scores, we keep this information for 30 days. Your personal accounts are kept indefinitely as long as you are active. Inactive accounts may be deleted if not accessed for more than 2 years.
8. Keeping your information safe
We use standard security practices, encrypted connections, access controls that limit who can see what, and extra protection on admin accounts to keep your information safe.

10. Children
LiveHomly isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
11. Where your information is processed
Some of the tools we use to run LiveHomly are based outside the UAE, so your information may be processed in other countries as part of that.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy sometimes. If we make a significant change, we will let you know.
